installing moinmoin wiki into a web docs/subfolder of an existing web site

Current Status: Semi Unanswered

I’m a moinmoin newby (known about it for less than a day).

I’m keen to start using MoinMoin - but I’m having real trouble finding out if I can make the wiki appear in a public subfolder of an existing site.

Here is my scratch pad for this little research project.

Research phrases:
* dropping a moinmoin wiki over an existing site
* installing moinmoin into folder other than htdocs
* installing moinmoin into folder “other than htdocs”
* installing moinmoin into “folder other than htdocs”
* installing moinmoin into folder “not htdocs”
* installing moinmoin web docs folder

It would be handy to have an overview (ideally graphic) of the execution process that occurs within the moinmoin application for an http request - then i might be able to work out some answers for myself.

* how moin moin works overview
* overview of moin runtime process

This one seems to point to the answer
